Work on the digital topics of the future

The AKKAdemy in Leipzig will help you hit the ground running at the Digital Center of Excellence (DCE) at the Leipzig and Magdeburg sites.

After an intensive onboarding program over a six-week period at the AKKAdemy, you will start working on exciting customer projects here and support AKKA companies throughout Germany from our offices in Leipzig or Magdeburg. The projects will focus primarily on cloud architecture, software development and testing, embedded software development, AI and machine learning, data analytics and many other cutting-edge digital topics.

You will receive a permanent contract with an above-average salary and 30 days of leave, while our flextime arrangement means you decide how and when you work your 40 hours per week. You can also arrange the option of working from home in agreement with your superior.

Innovative co-living

For the training courses at the AKKAdemy, we will provide you with trendy accommodation at BaseCamp Leipzig. You will have your own studio apartment, complete with a bathroom, and share a common kitchen with the other trainees.
