AKKA Austria has its own in-house engineering center and is certified according to ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and makes full use of its own dedicated quality control and assessments teams. AKKA Austria is an active sponsor of the University of Applied Sciences FH JOANNEUM Graz racing team. In addition, we support selected projects at the Graz University of Technology, sponsor master theses and contribute guest lectures on relevant topics.

COO & Head of Site Graz
Friedrich Nachtmann co-founded AKKA's first location in Austria. For more than 10 years, he has been working in the field of electrics/electronics as well as software development and, together with his colleagues, has been shaping the direction of AKKA in Austria. He gained numerous experiences in series development projects in the national as well as international environment of large-scale industry. In 2019, he took over the operational management of AKKA in Austria.
Head of Site Linz
Oliver Hrazdera has been managing the new AKKA site in Linz since October 2019 and is thus the central contact for customers in the region for all competencies. He has 25 years of experience in the electrical and electronics sector, served for many years as R&D manager in the E/E area at well-known OEMs and has many years of expertise, especially in the field of electromobility. In addition, he is actively involved in the Austrian Standard Institute and the Austrian Association for Electrical Engineering in the development of key standards in the electrical and automotive sectors.
Director Sales and Strategy
Michael Sinnl started in 2011 together with his colleagues to build up the location of AKKA in Graz efficiently and now accompanies the successful expansion of AKKA in Austria in the networking of AKKA worldwide. He looks back on 30 years of international industry and management experience in the automotive and consulting industry in Austria, Italy and Germany, which is based on an international university education in Austria and Australia.
After starting his career as a project leader at IAV, in 2011 Peter joined MBtech as Senior Consultant and played a key role during the acquisition phase of MBtech by AKKA. Following the successful integration of MBtech, Peter joined AKKA’s finance organization where he held several positions prior to becoming CFO BU Germany in 2017. Peter was up to now Group Operations Director in charge of the implementation of Fit-2-Clear. In June 2021, Peter Mehrle has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of BU Germany.
Since the beginning of December 2020, Christian Hagen is part of the AKKA management team as CFO BU Germany. As a graduate in business administration from renowned business schools, he has experience in the aerospace, aviation, and industrial sectors. Since 2013 he has held various management positions in the Finance & Controlling department for the AKKA Group and successfully accompanied the company in several integration programs and restructuring.
