Objective & context

The Customer’s department covers a wide range of services including: Operational documentation, Aircraft performance, Operational Queries and Operational Communications. AKKA is the sole approved supplier to perform the Operational Documentation and Operational support for all Derivatives programs.

Realizations

AKKA worked on different fields:

• Operational Publications authoring: new baselines, new versions, periodic revisions
• Operational Support: Service Requests, FOTs, NTOs, ISIs
• Operational Tools Support: EFB, PEP, LTS…
• Flight Operations Support on-site: full-time support on RSAF operating base
• Advanced Graphical Design for all products
• IT Support: EFB, Automation
