Production Plans Revamping (Engineering design)

Objective & context

To design and follow the realization phase of the revamping solutions of 8 production facilities to reach the highest level possible of modernization with a very ambitious flexibility and capacity production.

The first realization was made in the first 70s without structural revamping in the following years.

Solution

We were in charge of:

• Facilities design in accordance of EuGMP;
• Production rationalization and capabilities tripling;
• Preparation of public tenders for Realization and equipment purchase;
• Construction supervision.

Added value

With the knowledge of new production technologies as well as a correct Quality Engineering approach and having energetic savings solutions, we were part of the newest and more technologic production facilities in North Africa region.
