Public financial aid management system as part of the National Water Policy

Objective & context

AKKA worked on creating a critical system for determining the financial aid granted by the French State as part of the national water policy.

Realizations

With the Agile Scrum methodology, 6 teams from AKKA implemented different application modules in parallel which are as many micro applications.

Functional domains:  From request for financial assistance to balance transfers and ‘cash-like’ transactions (target works & studies) through providing financial assistance.

Added value & customer benefits

This project highlights AKKA’s ability to realize critical systems in Agile methodology with the best “business“ value for the start of the 11th aid national program, the first of January 2019.

6000 files are processed each year by more than 150 instructors.
