Objective & context
One of our clients, a bio-pharmaceutical company, was struggling with the global program management of its CAPEX projects. On this 3000 employees site, our client needed a better view on his planning, his capacity management & his costs.
We proposed to implement a PMO service center on site to monitor the activities related to engineering program using client project management systems, processes, tools and templates. We also suggested some KPI’s and system improvement.
Moreover, we ensured that formal project management practices were adopted, published and used consistently across Engineering program projects.
In regards to this service center, we had to deal with a portfolio of +/- 45 projects to initiate and manage 10 M €.
We controlled and monitored the project’s scope, quality, cost and schedule.
We also managed project documentation & communication with stakeholders during monthly steering committees.
We present our client with a detailed follow up of his project by providing a master planning compliant with what was requested.
