Who you are and your role at AKKA?
My name is Petra Suchá and I am HR Director at AKKA in the Czech Republic.
Your background
I studied law and started my career as a law clerk at an attorney at law office. After a while, I found out, this is not what I want to do in my life and I started to search for a new position where I could be more in contact with people and handle all the soft and interpersonal things. In the HR field, I started as an HR clerk in Siemens with the scope of recruitment and labor law. Quickly I started to take over more responsibilities and during few years I changed to managerial roles. I joined MBtech Bohemia in 2009, this company was incorporated into AKKA Group in 2012.
