Code of conduct
This Code is a code of business and ethical conduct which applies to all employees of the AKKA Group, at all levels in the hierarchy, including in the subsidiaries in which the Group holds a majority stake. The companies in which the AKKA Group holds a stake but not a controlling interest are encouraged to apply this Code. Third parties such as external consultants and independent partners must comply with and adhere to this Code when acting on behalf of the AKKA Group.
AKKA is fully compliant with European GDPR regulations which came into effect in May 2018. These regulations stipulate how companies and their employees must ensure that personal data has accurate protection measures in place when used by companies and other organizations. All AKKA employees, suppliers and clients are required to document all processes and to protect personal data when handling and sharing such data.
AKKA is committed to continuous achievement and maintenance of these principles and preserving the trust and confidence of our customers. Integral to this is providing a robust security and privacy program that carefully considers data protection matters across our suite of services, including data submitted by customers to our services (customer data).
