Reporting to the AKKA Research Group Director this position needs to be considered as complete experience integrated to the top management of the company.

She / he will be responsible for the following activities:

• Administrative follow up on current projects
• Follow recruitment KPI with HR and project leaders
• Follow project KPI (HR, milestone, finance)
• Create/Follow AKKA Research KPI Reports
• Manage purchases with the country organizations

Qualifications:

• Results-driven mindset
• Strong analysis and synthesis abilities
• Professional English, oral and written communication skills, German/French is a plus
• Ability to adapt in an international, fast-moving and changing culture
• Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, ability to take initiatives, communication skills (written and oral) and solid analysis and synthesis skills.
• Organized and proactive, she/he will have good interpersonal skills and capacity to interact with all members of the project team.
