☑What about the project?

Within a project / product team, you will be required, in the context of on firing systems or smart ammunitions, to specify, design, develop and validate and test electronic boards.

What about the main activities?

-          Based on upper system specifications, allocate performances

-          Write low level hardware specifications and perform system studies

-          Design analog and/or digital electronic circuits, write schematics

-          Specify, develop and validate FPGA using VHDL

-          In collaboration with System Architect and mechanical design team, Give guidelines and work together with the layout team to design the PCB

-          Use of simulation software to validate circuits

-          Write Reports, Design justifications and various descriptive documents

-          Participate to prototypes definition, design and tests using laboratory tools (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, remote controlled systems) and EMC tests

-          Perform the design robustness analyses (Margins analysis, Failure Mode analysis, …)

-          Collaborate with software team to write low level software

-          Develop the documentation necessary for product industrialization

-          Collaborate with the purchase department to manufacture the different boards

-          Write Test specifications

-          Support test technicians

-          Analyze and interpret test results

-          Participate to internal project reviews within the company, and external reviews with the customers

📋 What about your profile?

-          Master in Electronics Engineering with 5-10 years of experience

Required knowledge of:

-          Discrete electronic (analog/digital) design

-          English (spoken and written)

Assets:

-          Proven experience in development of low-level C software

-          Proven experience in development of FPGA using VHDL

-          Knowledge of PCB manufacturing process and assembly process

-          Communication systems (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, Ethernet, 1553, ARINC429 …)

-          Experience on EMC aspects

-          Knowledge of scripting tools or higher-level software (Python, Matlab)

-          French (spoken and written)
