Job description
Energy Management Engineer – Thermal System
Hybrid 2/3 days on site
Flexi-time (40hr week)

The role
Working as part of the Energy Systems department within Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Change management and release planning for all Group changes and the maintenance of the systems used to track the delivery of the projects
Support to verify and validate Thermal Management Systems/Functions across all vehicle platforms
Support planning of external test events for the Thermal Management team
Technical Administration for the Thermal Management team
Technician Support: Vehicle Preparation (Pre & Post) and Maintenance
Logistics Interface: Liaison with Vehicle Transport
Test Engineer Support: Test Activity (& Test Report)
Maintenance of the Engineering Systems (test reports, problem resolution, etc)
What you will need
Experience:
Experienced in Vector vehicle communication tools, ODIS, IDEX, Vector Vehicle comms tools (CANape, CANoe)
Deep understanding of vehicle and electrical system data acquisition (CAN, LIN, FlexRay mainly using CSM, TTTech, Klaric & Vector
Qualifications
Engineering degree or equivalent.
