The main responsibilities are:

• As the customer's representative, you deal with quality issues, are responsible for customer relations and ensure that customer expectations are met within the company
• Carefully review FMEA documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established methodologies.
• Support the FMEA Engineers in their daily work
• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports

The ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 3 years quality experience in the manufacturing area
• Strong understanding of FMEA methodologies
• At least B1 level knowledge of German and English 

Place of work: Mainly remote, the office based in Kecskemét.
