Your main tasks will include specifically :

• Production of monthly group reports (consolidation of subsidiaries' actuals at group level, analysis)

• To be a driving force in the improvement and creation of reporting, and in the improvement and reliability of the controlling processes (harmonization of processes and data, development of EPM tools)

• Implementation of the new reporting needs to ensure compliance with TAG (The Adecco Group) requirements and processes

• Contribute to the budget process (preparation and review of the budget and quarterly forecast)

• Collect and validate financial information transmitted by the countries in the GBU reporting tool (Anaplan) and in the TAG reporting tool (in-house: GRP)

• Analyze the business performance of the entities (profitability, KPIs, headcount, turnover, recruitment)

• Contribute to the management of the closing calendar and monitoring its compliance with TAG calendar

• Intervene within the local teams in the countries in order to share Group methodologies

• Participate and support the integration of Akka & Modis into Akkodis

• Strong Finance and Excel skills

• Interpersonal and relationship skills, at ease to communicate

• Ability to work in a team

• Ability to work independently and to deal with various topics during the day, ability to prioritize

• Knowledge of the Anaplan reporting tool would be considered as a strong asset

• English – fluent would be a plus, professional level is a minimum

• 2 to 3 years of significant experience in a similar position, valid experience in central controlling would be a plus

• A five-year degree in accounting and controlling
