Full Stack Developer

The resource will join our team in a dynamic environment, and will be responsible of the following activities: development of JAVA web applications, management of front-end activities, test-driven development, Java applications' operation on a large scale, DB management related activities.

Profile

The candidate should have experience in developing JAVA web applications using at least one popular web framework (GWT, Vaadin, Spring MVC). Good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS) is also required, as well as knowledge of machine learning and statistics. The candidate should also be experienced in test-driven development. The candidate should also have some experience in operating Java applications on a large scale (JVM tuning, knowledge of garbage collection algorithms,- etc.). Expertise in MariaDB Galera Cluster and MongoDB is a plus.

Requirements

The candidate presents the following characteristics:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in programming activities
• Basic IT skills: operating systems, TCP/IP networking, security
• Expertise in at least one object-oriented, modern programming language
• Knowledge of relational and noSQL database
• Experience in Linux, especially CentOS
• Attention to detail
• Good team player and problem solver
