Especially the domains SW and HW of our Steering System are confronted with a high demand of innovation. • Be proactive partner for developing the safety architecture of our product in focus of the ISO26262
• Moderating & performing safety analysis (FMEA, FMEDA, FTA) of the electronic system of an EPS
• Co-work in the creation of FMEA, FMEDA and FTA
• Prepare & participate for internal and external FuSa assessments
• Support customer request in focus of EE FuSa
• Be part of an international FuSa framework
• Tools used: DOORS, IQ-RM, SOX or Medini 

• Bsc/Msc degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
• Initiative and creativity, persuasion and assertiveness and social skills
• Enjoy working in an international environment
• Advantageous: knowledge of safety standards ISO26262 or IEC61508
• Advantageous: experience in quality methods like FMEA, FMEDA or FTA
• Advantageous: experience regarding mechatronic systems
• Advantageous: experience with ASPICE
• English advanced (German skills are beneficial)
