The main responsibilities are:

• Review of software requirements regarding testability
• Specification of test cases for different test environments
• Automation of test cases for HiL test benches and execution of tests
• Test evaluation and error analysis in case of abnormalities
• Support for the continuous improvement of tools in the test environment

The ideal candidate has:

• German (B2 and higher) and English knowledge
• Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, business informatics or completed vocational training as an IT specialist/mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) with corresponding additional qualification.
• Relevant experience in vehicle technology
• Knowledge of bus systems (CAN, LIN, FlexRay)
• Good Experience in SW Testing (ideally ISTQB certified)

Experience in test environment:

• HiL, SiL
• Ideally Vehicle testing (will be done locally)

Test Tools

• Vector Toolchain
• dSPACE ControlDesk
• EXAM (MicroNova)
• JIRA (Atlassian)

Scripting/Configuration

• DOORS (or similar)
• Python

Is an advantage:

• Knowledge Advanced Driver Assistance Systems

Location: Mainly remote with willingness to travel within Germany
