The main responsibilities are:

• Analyze simulation results to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Generate reports and present findings to cross-functional teams, offering recommendations for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to translate simulation results into actionable process adjustments
• Assist in selecting suitable materials for injection molding projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and iterate as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of simulation data, material specifications, and process adjustments.

The perfect candidate has:

• At least 3 years proven experience in injection molding simulation
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of materials science, plastics, and polymer processing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of German and English (both oral and written)

Location: Mainly remote, the office is based in Kecskemét
