- Role: 

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

• Work on research & origination of acquisition targets, based on criteria defined with Group executives and the M&A team, with understanding of actual technology trends

• Support ongoing M&A processes, but priority being on sourcing and target analysis (preliminary Business and Financial analysis) 

• Assist in the preparation of memos, financial and accounting analysis, and valuation models

• Develop an understanding of AKKA Technologies, its business operations and M&A strategy

• Network with colleagues across departments and geographies (Europe, US and other international operations).

- Skillset:

• Interest in digital, software, engineering & mobility solutions, thus a technical/ engineering understanding or background is of additional interest

• Excellent analytical thinking, structured way of working, quick learning with team spirit (eventually yet international exposure earlier)

• Self-motivated and working with enthusiasm

 • Fluent English is mandatory, French/ German a plus

- Required work experience: interest in Technology as well as M&A and ideally prior internship in M&A/ Transaction Services/ Corporate Finance or Consulting around digital/ software/ engineering
