With the aim of strengthening our team, we are looking for a:
Junior Software / Firmware Engineer – Automotive
The candidate will execute full software development life cycle.
Main activities:
- Customer requirements analysis
- SW modules development, optimizations, debug and bug fixing, bench verification
- Bootloader and device driver customizations, optimizations, debug and bug fixing
Profile
The ideal candidate has a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer engineering or other engineering degree with background in electronics and software development. About 1 years of Experience in designing and testing Ansi C modules and device drivers.
Complete the profile good knowledge of Italian and English languages.
Requirements
- Ability to configure Bootloader, basic software modules, drivers
- Understand electronic schematics and components datasheets
- Knowledge of SPI, I2C, I2S, UART
- Knowledge of embedded development
- Knowledge of automotive field
- Knowledge of common lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, etc)
- Preferred CAN, LIN communication bus knowledge
- Preferred UDS diagnosis standard protocol
- Preferred knowledge of software configuration management tools and defect tracking tools
