- Plann and develop complex production processes and equipment planning (with a focus on automotive)

- Plan workplaces for production

- Introduce process and system improvements for processes which are already in place

- Create manufacturing concepts as well as new standards and methods

- Create requirements, obtaining and evaluating offers

- Coordinate and monitoring the design, acceptance and initial use of production equipment / facilities

- Ergonomic evaluation of workplaces (EAB-IT knowledge advantageous)

- Completed studies in engineering or as a technician in the field of mechanical engineering / vehicle technology / production technology / industrial engineering

- Relevant manufacturing and production planning experience

- MTM experience / training (MTM1, UAS, C-values etc.) an advantage

- Experience in project management and LEAN production is an advantage

- Fluent German and English skills
