Stellenbeschreibung

Akkodis is looking for an ambitious and resourceful PMO to join an exciting, inspiring, and fast-paced company. You are responsible for providing excellent administrative and operational support. The premises are based in Brussels, and a hybrid work model is being promoted.

 
Your missions are the following :

  • Supporting and assisting the Global Industry Leader Life Science as well as other Leadership team members as needed: Managing calendars, ensuring all appointments are scheduled based on business priorities, composing and preparing correspondence and compiling documents for meetings and projects.
  • Arranging complex international travel.
  • Processing expense reports.
  • Organizing workshops, events, off-sites, conferences, and townhalls, scheduling facilities; managing budgets.
  • Managing e-mail correspondence and redirecting as needed.
  • Coordinating executives' outreach and external relations efforts; administrative liaison to other departments; maintaining credibility, trust, and support.
  • Improving and defining administration processes and procedures; collaborating with teams across global offices.
  • Being aware of new markets, sales opportunities, and general trends of the Global Life Science and Health Industry, in association with the Marketing teams.
  • Building and maintaining close collaboration with the Life Science & Health managers in each country.
  • Creating dashboards with main numbers and KPIs about budget, needs and ways of harmonizing the Global Life Science & Health activity.

Profil

The skills of our ideal candidate :
As our ideal candidate, you prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment and learn quickly on the job. You are a creative, thoughtful thinker with an upbeat spirit and enthusiasm.

  • Business fluent in English, French language will be a plus.
  • Highly skilled in MS-Office and collaboration platforms, e.g., Teams, Zoom, etc. and other productivity tools
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior executives and employees across the team and company
  • Organized, resilient, and very flexible; skilled to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise
  • Excellent listening skills: able to understand assignments and complete them with minimal follow-up from leaders
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of the Life Science & Health eco-system is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive support, non-technical project management, or corporate event planning (preferred: life sciences, engineering, or consulting industry)
  • Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Economics fields
