- Process documentation and ensures a regular update of it following the company guides and rules.
- Identify stakeholders, roles and responsabilities.
- Monitor and analyze process execution: reporting and data extraction.

Education:
- Superior grade.
- Expert knoldegde of business process managment.
- Knowledge in BPM methodologies and framworks.
- High level english.

Experience:
- More than 3 years in similar functions.
- Experience in data analysis and in reporting systems.
