The main responsibilities are: 

• Manage all changes and new builds within the bodyshop division, ensuring that projects are executed according to established timelines and quality standards.
• Liaise with suppliers on a daily basis to obtain status updates on materials, parts, and equipment deliveries, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain and update the bodyshop system with real-time information, including project progress, equipment status, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to coordinate the ordering of materials, parts, and equipment needed for ongoing projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for any issues or concerns related to the bodyshop system, providing timely resolutions and troubleshooting support.
• Prepare and share regular status reports
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in automotive repair and customization.

The ideal candidate has:

• Excellent communication skills in German and English (both verbal and written)
• Proven experience in a similar role within an automotive bodyshop or related industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software relevant to bodyshop operations.
