With the aim of strengthening our team we are looking for a Project Manager to work in Conversion Rate Optimization with an important client in the Banking sector, whose offices are located in Barcelona city centre.

Functions:

• Project management:
  • Management and prioritization of the project backlog
  • Coordination with the main stakeholders
  • Definition of the technical and functional requirements, also participating in the definition, review and execution of the tests
  • Reporting and monitoring of result
• Conversion optimisation:
• Analysis of the customer's Omnincal journey
• Identification of improvement opportunities as well as an action plan to optimise conversion and improve customer nps.
• Conceptualisation and AB testing to implement the best solution to optimise conversion.
• Participating in the definition and implementation of the processes
