With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

R&D Packaging Engineer - Medical Devices

The resource will be part of an R&D team providing engineering support for design, development or optimization of products packaging.

The main activities include:

• Cooperate for all R&D activities surrounding EU-MDR submission of RCS disposable products portfolio
• Release product engineering tasks and activities by ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
• Work closely with R&D Verification and Validation team and packaging team to estabilish and perform product testing in accordance with relevant standards in the frame of design control provisions
• Management and supervision of suppliers, planning dedicated meetings and checking the correct execution of the required design
  
  

The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering and 1 to 3 years of experience. Geographical mobility is required at national and international level. Knowledge of the English language is required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of ISTA guidelines, ASTM D4159, and ISO 1160
• Experience in packaging testing using distribution simulation
