From AKKODIS we select for our team a Salesforce Administrator to work with one of our main clients.

What will be your main functions? 🧐

• Creation and configuration of users, custom objects, fields, reports
• Custom objects, fields, reports, triggers, etc.
• Strong Salesforce configuration skills to be able to develop enhancements using web forms, AI, triggers, Visual Workflows and process builder.
• Create reports and dashboards in response to business needs
• Manage user experience and configuration of user interfaces, including fields, custom objects, record types and page layouts

• Import data through the Data Import Wizard and Data Loader
• Interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational and application requirements application and operational requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions, with a focus on exceptional user experience
