We provide services in the main sectors: Aerospace, Railways, Energy, Industry and Telecommunications & IT and we are specialised in 8 competence centres.

With the aim of strengthening our team we are looking for a Senior Business Process Specialist / Senior Business Specialist.

Job description:

- Analyse current business processes with the aim of optimising them.

- Responsible for delivering documentation of standards and instructions.

- Ensure alignment and involvement of all stakeholders and support the deployment of tools.

- Support in updating joint processes with other departments to interface with service technology, especially ensuring consideration of build requirements.

- Gather and prioritise technology requirements.

- Support the process owner in approval and other necessary business decisions

- Lead and manage the creation and updates of user stories

- Design and validate the implementation of processes, ensuring that process definitions are followed by implementers.

- Support Jira IT experts with the design and execution of Pre-UATs and UATs (based on the user stories).

- Propose process targets and monitor process performance (PPI)

- Support the creation of process training material and alignment with Instructions and Guidelines.



- Have a B2-C1 in English.

- Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading change.

- Demonstrable knowledge in the areas of Business Process Management and the renewables sector (a plus).

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or other technical background,

- more than 5 years in process definition and digital optimisation

- Strong technical competences in customer service processes.

- Good ability to network both formally and informally.

- Good communication skills at all levels of the organisation, including the ability to influence.

- Strong analytical, coordination and collaboration skills
