We are looking for a Level 1 Service Desk Agent with Hungarian and German:

 

To log, validate and diagnose end client issues, on the full range of products and applications used on the end client site during low volume intervals.

Providing the end client with a solution through information gathering, analytical trouble shooting and problem research, or to route or escalate the call to the appropriate resolution group. 

Escalation and management of calls to agreed service levels. Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

·         Provides customer support by telephone, e-mail, and chat

·         Identifies clients’ issues and proposes creative solutions

·         Focuses on customer expectations and satisfaction

·         Protects confidential and sensitive information and materials

·         Collaborates with other team members to provide high-quality customer support

Profil

·         Willingness to communicate with business customers

·         Passion for identification and resolution of issues

·         Self-driven and motivated to succeed

·         Ability to work as part of a team

·         Positive outlook and attitude

·         Experience on a similar tole is a plus

·         Fluency in German, Hungarian and English
