We are looking for a Site Transformation Manager:

• Extension of the capacities of the bogie frame manufacturing at the client site at Mátranovák.
• Increase the manufacturing capacities of bogie frames, overlook our client's investments.
• Transformation of current production setup from production line based concept to flexible cell based one with the support of the right logistic processes.

• Support the project with professional project management tools and skills.
• Establish the governance process of the Mátranovák Growth Plan realization
• Detailed cascaded project plan & milestone planning
• Reporting routines establishment
• Administrative support of the plan
• Definition and realization of the layout movement plan

Requirements:

• Lean, logistics knowledge would be advantage.
• 3-5 years PM of complex projects is mandatory
• English knowledge
• PM tools (MS projects, etc.)
• Hungarian and English are must
• German is advantage
• MS Office
