AKKA is working for projects related to signaling system, respecting European norm: ERTMS (European Rail Traffic Management System) / ETCS (European Train Control System) and on a specific program: ATO (Automatic Train Operation).

What is ATO?

·       Driverless and driver assistance technologies

·       Enhancing safety, service quality and efficiency

·       Improving service quality and safety

·       Progressing from metro to heavy rail solutions

·       Gradually extending implementation from closed, delimited systems to more open environments

📋 Your main tasks :

·       Signalling system analysis

·       Coordination with System, Validation and Safety team

·       Requirements analysis

·       Documentation report

·       Software development (mostly C++)

·       Engineer Diploma / Master degree: software / embedded software / computer sciences

·       C++ and C# are your favorite languages (highlight your education project / trainings / first experience on it)

·       Motivation to discover railway domain

·       English & French speaking

·       Your main strengths? Rigorous, autonomous, curious, good communicant and enthusiastic to learn about new technologies

·       If you already have an experience in railway, or a specific passion for it, that’s really appreciated (knowledge in signaling as ERTMS / ETCS / CBTC/ UNISIG for example…)
