With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for:

 

System Integration Coordinator

 

 

The role involve plan and coordinate activities related to the proper integration of the  System on a platform from the good in acceptance of each relevant subsystems equipment  going through embarking, installation, Setting to Work and Acceptance Trials.

 

This job involves addressing problems, writing reports to outline these issues and solutions, working with workshops and suppliers to support them in the commissioning phase of their systems. The Coordinator usually works most of its hours on site, so office work is minimal. This job is well suited to problem solvers and target oriented thinkers who can apply logic and practical matter to problems and have strong communication skills.

 

Activity:

 

• Coordinate the onboard activities taking care of their specific need and avoiding interferences with other onboard activities;
• Conduct periodic progress meeting with  suppliers to assess the actual status and plan commissioning activities;
• Coordinate and monitor supplier Setting to Work activities;
• Define the installation plan of the System
• Support the good in acceptance at the  warehouse.

Profile

The ideal candidate has a Degree in Information Engineering or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience. Geographical mobility is required at national and international level. Knowledge of the English language is also required.

• Experience: at least 3 years in similar position / naval defence sector
• Personal characteristics
• Soft skills including a positive attitude, flexibility and conflict resolution
• The ability to solve problems creatively on time
• Having up-to-date knowledge and technical skills
