With the aim of strengthening our teams and providing our clients with the right talents, AKKA Middle East is looking for TECHNICAL SUPPORT (.NET and PEGA) to work in SAUDI ARABIA.

 

Project Scope:

  • Review and optimize the current operations in order to reduce the lead time of the Client's operations to achieve the targets of vision 2030
  • The scope will include changes in the current core system to achieve the optimized processes

 

Role Scope:

  • Provide IT support for Clients applications

 

Job objectives:

  • Provide IT support (Hardware and Software)
  • Fix issues raised by system users
  • Take user observations and required enhancements
  • Install hardware and software as per needs
  • Provide remote training
  • Troubleshooting

Profil

Specific tools/skills:

  • Excellent experience in IT support
  • Attention to detail and the ability to detect and fix issues

Experience background:

  • 3 years experience in .Net and/or PEGA support

For .Net:

  • ­Mandatory Technical Skills: .NET webapi (REST and SOAP), SQL Server, Webservices, , XML / JSON
  • Support experience – Level 2
  • Experience in Desktop Support, Active Directory, Creating MS accounts, 24/7 Support
  • ITIL Certification

For PEGA:

  • ­Proven work experience as a Pega Developer.
  • Understanding of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x.
  • Knowledge of coding languages including Angular JS, Java, and JQuery.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.

Educational background:

  • Information technology
