With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a:

Test Engineer Equipment – Medical Devices

The resource will be involved in the design and performance of V&V tests for products.

The main activities include:

• Create, implement and develop the product test plans/protocols and generate test reports
• Work closely with system team and developing team to design test descriptions and acceptability criteria
• Perform product tests using, if necessary, laboratory tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)
• Perform statistical analysis of test results
• Design test methods and perform test method validation activity, including MSA, writing the relative documentation.
• Design of sampling plans and define environmental and boundary testing conditions

The ideal candidate has a Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in product design V&V. Geographical mobility is required at national and international level. Knowledge of the English language is required.

Requirements 

• Good knowledge of medical device regulatory environment including FDA regulations, MDR and IEC standards
• Good knowledge of statistical techniques and tools to analyze test data (Minitab, etc.)
• Knowledge and ability to define Test Methods and perform Test Methods Validation, including analysis and related documentation
• Knowledge of common programming languages (C, C++, python, etc.)
• Confident with electronic and mechanical laboratory equipment and tools
• Basic knowledge of hardware design
