Job description

Responsibilities

Assess the current AKKA & Modis digital marketing blueprint (process, tools, organization) globally and locally
• Capture the future needs for all the relevant offerings/digital channels (web, social media, Sales Enablement, intranet, CRM, Candidate recruitments, Project management, Content hub / SEO Management)
• Create a vision around digital marketing for AKKA & Modis (including make or buy) incl. local deployment
• Define a high-level roadmap with all independencies of digital marketing portfolio (offers and associated features releases)
• Validate the roadmap with the relevant stakeholders and sponsors
• Establish proposal and manage the approved budget, ensure quality, cost, delay via a strong project organization/governance – with the specific delivery organization
• Assess technological Martech ecosystems and identify potential partnerships
• Ensure the releases are adopted by the different geo waves launches & first with early adopters feedback to validate the future release
• Ensure key stakeholders mirror groups to have a continuous improvement approach
• Monitor the satisfaction and adoption of the respective offers
• Manage a team of digital offer marketing/project manager(s), product owner(s) directly or indirectly
• Represent AKKA & Modis GBU in TAG digital marketing projects, global association, events, TAG Governance
• Monitor digital Marketing trends and anticipate innovations

 

Profile

Required skills

• Global B2B & B2C Digital marketing experience with a proven track record
• Significant experience in project management and budgeting with a focus on maximizing return on investment
• Excellent collaborator; builds effective relationships in large, complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to work independently, navigate matrix organizations and take independent and well-informed decisions
• Capable of managing complex development projects that involve cross-functional teams
• Well versed in IT, Digital marketing best practices
