Job Description

Accountability and Objectives
• responsible to define and execute validation tests, clearly document defects
• responsible for executing software and hardware validation tests for electro-mechanical commercial products

Key Responsibilities
● work with engineering team to run diagnostics / troubleshooting tests and support various product development activities (SW/HW/Firmware/APP/PC Based Toold)
● prepare electronic prototype and write FW / SW to properly test products
● become a key member of the development team and gain knowledge of technologies and products developed
● Test and provide logical analysis of what went wrong with the product

Profile
● BS degree in mechatronic, electrical or computer engineering or similar field
● 3-5 years' experience performing testing and validation throughout all phases of product development for and behalf of electro-mechanical products and IoT Systems
● Experiencing testing systems comprising hardware and software devices by identifying issues and non-conforming test results
● Capability to read a schematic
● Capability to read code
● Capability to create prototype of FW / SW / HW is mandatory
● Fluent in manage Electronic Lab Tools (Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Welder, ..)
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Experience with mobile apps and IoT System is required
● Knowledge of BE Infrastructure is a plus
● Experience with devices and systems using ethernet and/or Wi-Fi communications is a plus
● Experience testing IoT (Internet of Things) products is a plus
● Fluent with Agile
● Fluent with Test Drive Development (TDD)
● ISTBQ Certification is a plus
● English Mandatory / German is a plus
