At the Hamburg AIRCRAFT INTERIORS EXPO, dedicated to aircraft interior design and layout, AKKA is formalising its partnership with MEA, one of the most modern fleets in the world. In keeping with their incredibly high values, Middle East Airlines has chosen Aeroconseil, an AKKA Group subsidiary, to integrate the innovative iPad bracket developed by its experts, in its large, modern and environmentally friendly fleet.

The broad knowledge provided by AKKA’s experts demonstrates our international aeronautical expertise and has helped develop the Service Bulletin and associated drawings needed to carry out the work on the aircraft (including removing the SB), design, produce and supply the modification kits, secure EASA certification for the modification and adapt the additional aircraft operational documents.

A member of the SkyTeam Alliance* since June 2012, MEA offers its customers deluxe services both on the ground and in the air, reflecting Lebanese culture and hospitality. A modern, well-structured fleet is the backbone of MEA’s policy and a fundamental factor in ensuring that MEA remains competitive. MEA is constantly updating its fleet, replacing older models with newer, more fuel-efficient and quieter aircraft. In AKKA, this airline has found the ideal partner to help it incorporate the latest technology across its fleet, reflecting its own culture and values. “This new partnership with a new customer in the Middle East, a strategic location for the Group, demonstrates our capacity to work with our foreign clients and consolidate our added value in high-end projects. It also helps to establish the AKKA Group’s development opportunities and international partnerships,” explains Stéphane Bollon, Vice-President of International Sales & Development.

AKKA, a renowned expert in aeronautical engineering, provides valuable technological support for its clients and is a key player when it comes to aeronautical innovation.
