AKKA was pleased to receive the Top Employer 2019 certification for the fourth consecutive year, recognising the quality of its Human Resources policy.
The expanding company, which planned to create 5,500 new jobs for the Group this year, obtained a particularly high score for the development of the leadership of its managers. The implementation of career management processes for its talents was also highlighted in the certification. AKKA has been rewarded for the excellence and modernity of its HR and managerial practices, its corporate culture and its strong values.
