Bérenger Martin

AKKA Switzerland CEO

Berenger Martin started his career in strategic and management consulting. He then joined AKKA in 2010 where he conducted due diligences and integration of companies newly acquired. In 2015, he entered the field of operations and participated to the turn-around of the subsidiary Matis as a deputy MD. He was later assigned to the creation and launch of the AKKAdemy in Geneva in 2017. Mid 2019, he took over the responsibility of Swiss Operations as CEO in order to use his experience and knowledge of the Group to integrate the different subsidiaries and align the country business unit on the CLEAR 2022 targets.

Charles Franier

Branch Manager Geneva

After completing his Master’s degree in International Management, Charles Franier started his career in PageGroup as a Recruitment Consultant, where he remained 14 years and evolved as Regional Director for Romandie. During his time at PageGroup, Charles developed and managed large teams of recruiters, focusing on clients and candidates’ satisfaction and brand reputation. In 2019 Charles joined AKKA Switzerland as Head of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Officer, bringing both his market knowledge as well as his expertise in recruitment, and get AKKA as an employer of choice.

Biljana Pavlovic-Coppola

Senior Business Manager Zürich

After her Master’s theses in Economic Science at Daimler UK, Biljana started working for the External Affairs & Public Policy division, before changing to the MBtech Group, a DAIMLER subsidiary, acquired by AKKA in 2012. Here she held several leadership roles and subsequently took over responsibilities on a cross-sectoral and international level, among others as Business Manager Electric/Electronics. With a significant experience in the engineering service industry in Germany, Biljana joined AKKA CH. Prior to this, she worked as Senior Business Manager at The AKKAdemy in Geneva where she still holds the responsibility for the German market on top.
