‘’ Our commitment is part of a policy of ongoing improvement. Three main beliefs guide our approach to our responsibility: respect for human rights and business ethics in all of our organisations; our ability to create a respectful, nurturing working environment to encourage the development of skills and innovation; our commitment to ongoing improvement to reduce the impact of our activities on the environment. ‘’

Mauro RICCI

Chairman of the Board and Group CEO, AKKA

Our people at the heart of our policies

Our approach revolves around people, because the women and men who make up our Group are its strength.

As a signatory of the Charter of Diversity, AKKA is committed to promoting global diversity by adopting a responsible approach to subcontracting. Our recruitment policy is also based on the principle of equal opportunities. At AKKA we are convinced that diversity drives innovation. We seek candidates who are well-suited for positions, regardless of their origin, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability or age. Our selection criteria are based on skills and personal qualities.

Our commitment to including those with disabilities goes even further, with dedicated resources in some countries to support awareness-raising, training and recruitment.

AKKA’ttitude as a philosophy

Having the AKKA’ttitude means providing a work environment that promotes well-being and supports employee health. How? Through after-work events, team participation in internal or external sports events, listening to and sharing with one another, sponsoring your projects and so on.

We are convinced that enjoying working together is fundamental to AKKA’s success.
